| To be able to order products from our website you must previously have been assigned a login username & password. Only once you have successfully logged in, will
the product prices be displayed and the ordering system be made available. You can however still view our entire product range. |

| Ordering process; |
| |
| The main product sections are listed in the menu to the left, clicking on any section will display the product sub-sections that are available. Clicking on a sub-section
opens a mini-window with all available product variants. At this stage you can add the quantities for the required items to your order. A unique order reference number is generated
for you automatically. |

| Products from any section can be added to your order as you progress. To view a different product section, close the mini-window and proceed as before. |

| If you decide to make any quantity changes or delete any items then you can do so by clicking on "view order" from the menu on the left. Once you are happy
with your order, click on "send order" to verify your delivery details. (These menu items are only visible once you have successfully logged in) |

| If we have your delivery details, they will be displayed for you. You can of course update or change these details prior to submitting your order. |

| Once you submit your order, notification will be sent directly to our sales department and details of your requested order will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you
supply. |
